Bam Margera says that the 59-year-old woman who allegedly beat him over the head with a bat over the weekend is a liar! The “Jackass” star says she snuck up behind him and after she hit him with across the head with the baseball bat, she called 911 and lied about why he was lying in the road unconscious. “She snuck up behind me and hit me in the back of my head with a baseball bat. I’m laying in a pool of blood in the middle of the road. She calls 911 and says, ‘Somebody got hit by a car in front of my house’ — which is a total lie because she knew that I was unconscious. When I woke up, I was like, ‘I didn’t get hit by a car. She hit me in the head with a bat.’ Once that happened, they realized she was lying. Now she knows she’s in big trouble.”
The woman, later identified as 59-year-old Elizabeth Ray, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after the incident Saturday night (Jun 12) outside of Bam’s nightclub “The Note” in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Ray says the former MTV reality star, known for his shows “Jackass,” “Viva La Bam” and “Bam’s Unholy Union” was hurling racial slurs, including the n-word at her that night, but Bam denies doing such a thing:
“I was across the street with four black dudes smoking a cigarette, laughing. Why would I call her that if I was with four black dudes? She knows that she got caught lying and that’s the best she can come up with.”
But who is this apparently psycho woman? Let Bam explain it for you.
“Basically there’s this crazy lady who lives connected to my bar, and she complains about loud bass drum. I have all these bands playing every week, so she calls the place nonstop. She’s punched me in the face, I filed a police report. Then she threatened to kill me twice, I filed two police reports. She threatened to kill Missy — my wife — for no reason. She threatened to burn the place down. Then she hit me over the head with a baseball bat. Now I don’t put it past her if she actually would burn the place down.”
Margera went on to talk in greater detail about his head injury and how it’s affecting filming for his upcoming “Jackass 3D” movie.
“I was internally bleeding in the brain for two days and they wouldn’t let me leave the hospital. I was like, ‘I need to go to Los Angeles in six hours to go finish Jackass.’ We start tomorrow and I’m supposed to get hit in the head and now I can’t because of her. They’re trying to come up with some new plan for me. I feel a little bit better, I feel a little dizzy. But they said the internal bleeding stopped. I still have a concussion.”
Margera says Ray, who has a hearing scheduled for this Thursday, is “seriously nuts in the head” and he wants her to stay away from him.
“I don’t care if she’s in the Bahamas at a beach, in a mental institution or in jail — either way I just hope she’s out of my sight.”
Wow… We actually believe Bam! That lady truly does sound like a frikkin’ psycho-path! And she’s going down for playing on 911 talking about he got hit by a car. You know they don’t play that, SMH…
