I’ve never seen anyone like Adam Lambert before. He’s so amazing on stage and shadows everyone else. Watching his performance just takes my breath away. BTW, I love watching his interviews, he’s sooo funny and cute!

Elton John doesn’t get credit because he was in the closet for forever…big deal coming out when you’re old and not in the public eye anymore. Adam is the first to never be in the closet at all. And Emily? You’re so bored you’re trolling Adam Lambert blogs, yeah right. “Anyone who has a clue”? OH and you do? So you THINK that being MORE left of center would make him popular or do you just want him to not even ATTEMPT to have a real career? You obviously know nothing about the business. Tell me you actually believe that say, Semi Precious Weapons would ever be successful and given POP airplay. Get it? POP is the genre.

First openly gay? I thought Elton John was openly gay…
In any case, gay or not has no bearing on Adam’s singing which is just incredible. His versatility is amazing, from Brigadoon to Wicked to The Prayer to Whole Lotta Love, he NAILS it, and has been voted #2 most technically skilled rock vocalist in the world by a knowledgeable onling music forum. Combine that voice with charisma, looks, stage presence, and you have a mesmerizing entertainer.

I think this photo is the best photo of adam lambert. It captured his inner class and yes the lighting is just perfect on him. I love this guy! But I love the photographer more.I think the photographer did the best job out of all the photographers who did work on adam lambert. This guy “gets” adam. Other photos of him fell short of conveying his persona. Even the Details shoot with a girl in was a tad shallow. You can tell adam was not sexually roused by the girl and its not adam’s fault (he’s gay) either. He did the best he could but the shots were frozen, no intensity, no tension. It was so relaxed and a bit boring. These photos above captured lambert’s archetypal spiritual journey.asking (the heavens) not judged him by his sexual orientation-photo2, challenging the light (religious ideals) in a boxing match so reminiscent of Jacob,-pic 3, pacifying the wrath of the light (AMA moralists) pic4, inviting the light to peace, pic 5 and finally connecting to the light eagerly in the same gesture as da vinci’s painting a top the cieling of the sistine chapel. And his portrait! this portrait is deep! It shows that although he bares all, there’s a side of him that is concealed (which is why he continues to fascinate so many people). like the entire do and bad boy club look is hiding something–a spiritual depth that peeps through his interviews and a priestly nature. His authenticity comes from something more than just having no filter, he does have a lot of filter. Somewhere inside the costumes is a great artist and philosopher. If he were straight, he would be a bigger star, its true! Wonderful work on these pictures…I am very very satisfied! I am seeing Adam Lambert here.

I absolutely love Adam and have to respectfully disagree with Emily. If you pay any attention at all to Adam or listen to his many interviews and television appearances, he is ANYTHNG but boring. He is so well spoken and articulate in his interviews, and very knowledgeable about music. That’s why so many people want to interview him I’m sure. I could listen to him all day. He’s a very genuine, honest person who happens to also be humble (saying it’s been done before). Adam isn’t doing anything new for the cameras. He’s been entertaining this way for years, but if you don’t take the time to do a little research on him, you would have no way of knowing that. Trust me, if you take the time you will not be disappointed, but rather…..VERY ENTERTAINED! He’s awesome. Period!

He’s so boring though. I don’t understand why anybody who has a clue about music can find him interesting. He’s just re-hashing all the good stuff of Bowie, Queen, and Rocky Horror, but in this really watered-down, dull way. I don’t get the fascination. He even says that what he’s done has been done before. Sadly, he’s not nearly as interesting as what has gone before him.
