Such an unfortunate case of events for Christina Milian’s 81-year-old neighbor Leo Skolion, who was reportedly mauled by one of the singer’s vicious canines back in 2008.

Milian’s house had flooding problems which caused a gate between their houses to have damage. Leo was walking over to the home to speak to the family about repairing the gate and one of their dogs escaped, attacked him from behind and took a “huge chunk” out of the back of his arm.

The 81-year-old claims it took 19 stitches and 9 months of rehabilitation to get back to normal. And to this day Leo is receiving  psychiatric help for fear and depression. Leo is suing Christina Flores (Christina Milian’s real name), her mother and her sister, who all share the home, for an unpresented amount for mental and physical damages.

If the dog is that vicious we don’t think he needs to be around her new baby…
