Singer/songwriter Alicia Keys took to the stage and performed at The Royal Theater Monday night (Jan 18) in Madrid, Spain to promote her latest album, The Element of Freedom, which is in stores and online now.

In an effort to raise money for non-profit organizations such as Red Cross, UNICEF, Oxfam America, Partners in Health and the Yele Haiti Foundation, Alicia Keys, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Sting and Bono are a part of more than 40 artists who have agreed to participate in the “Hope for Haiti” televised benefit for the victims of the massive earthquake in Haiti, which happened about a week ago. The telethon will be held in New York and will hosted by actor George Clooney and rapper/singer/producer Wyclef Jean, who is a well-known native of Haiti and the founder of Yele Haiti.
