I am a 3D Geek and comic book fan and I was so excited about the avatar movie. I am of East African Origin and felt a connection with Neytiri but I could swear the image, characters, way of speaking, mannerism was that of an african actress I have seen on TV before, even the facial expressions is totally African. I was quite surprised to see that Neytiti was played by Zoe Saldana. If all of it was her then she is a great great actress, she was incredibly believable.
Great Work! I really enjoyed watching it and I hope The comic book will be on his way with more adventures soon as well as the video game.

Avatar misses the mark of excellence with diaglog that exhibits unnecessary and inappropriate cursing and swearing. Mr. Cameron’s, “Titanic”, was beautifully done in all aspects and has joined the list of all time favorite and distinguished movie classics such as, “Gone with the Wind”, “The Wizard of Oz”, “ET”, etc.

Avatar will join the list of 3-D movie classics, but, in my opinion, Mr. Cameron shot himself in the foot by making a spectacular, very entertaining, high tech, 3-D movie production with substandard language content.
