In an effort to promote her new House of Harlow 1960 Holiday Collection, socialite turned entrepreneur Nicole Richie debuted the new line of clothing at Bloomingdale’s South Coast Plaza Saturday (Dec 12) in Costa Mesa, CA.
The 28-year-old mother of two ditched her blond locks and sported a new brunette hairdo as she met fans and signed autographs at the store.
