Hello Mr: Perry can I say this ti you I never been ablr to see your plays, I promise the dear Lord that if your play would ever hit Rochester New York, I swear I’ll go and see it . You knoww that I was born in Charity Hospital on July 1, 1946. My mother been to your movies more then me, I’ve never been to any of your plays and as for me is concern I love your plays better then I love your movies. We use to live on South Rampart Street. and when I visit my Grandmother in New Orleans Louisianna we were living at 3332 Felicianna st, right there at Desire Street and we live a long ways from Gentilly Junction and my Aunt walk me a long ways ,I never walk that far before and there was a little canal that was at the end of Felicianna street that led across to the school and the Name of the School was George Washington Carver Jr,and Sr. and Elementry school, But I do want to see Modea’s Big Happy Family , what I like a bout that plays is Jeffery Lewis and his partner and don’t forget the Lady that play as his mother. I like when she sung that song about HEAVENS Waiting . Jeffery Lewis sing Cause I Love you by Lenny Williamsand the Old school especially when the lady brother sing that song by Teddy Pendergrass Turn off the Light and light the candle then at the end of the song him and his brother says hay Trick.

Dear Tyler Perry, I am a divorced mother of three teenage boys and one daughter rising them can sometimes be a challenge. However your plays has adding thought and morals to their life and mine. Your movie Diary of a Mad Black Woman brought me to tears.Since it was like reliving my marriage all over again. I am sp happy that you are back. I just wish you would come to LA ( Opelousas or some where close to me. I do not boot leg your movies or plays. I had all of them and lost them in a house fore bur slowly but surly I am gettong them all back. You see I hand a string of bad luck last year. Feb. 7 on SuprBowl day my brother lost him then in March 12 we had a house fired I lost evrything but God bless my I still have my family then in March 15 on my child 18th b-day we lost my uncle. But I keep my head up and know that god will see me trought it that he blessed my because I could have lost my 3 year old son in that firer so am happy for that. But I lost all the movies that I had just got Tha last movie that you made I Can DO Bad All By Myself I had just got. But like I said it might take me some time I will get all back. I am happy to know that you are back.

as a writer. I am in fear of who to trust with my work. I have so many people telling me what I should do and how I should do. Neither one of them have anything about writing. I have a 8yr. old son name Zion and he really was testing me(I’m the young verison of Madea) I almost had to call the “Real” Madea directly to bail me out of jail (smile) . So we were watching the play, and Zion states” mommie Madea said the same things you be telling me”. Then, Zion said “I sorry mommie for no listening to you and I gonnna listen to you and be your sweet baby boy ; pray for me mommie”. Then he give me a big hug and said “I love my mommie, you so good to me mommie”. So keep working the plays and the movies because ” Our Babies” are listening! omg! I am a big fan. I just saw the play Big Happy Family by Tyler Perry. It was the best play i have ever seen on dvd. I only wish i was there to see it live. I love Tyler and his work. He is truly talented and blessed to have touched so many lives such as myself. I love to see him play as Madea and also happy to see Shirley on the set. I love to hear her voice. I thank you for all the hope and advice that you give the younger generation. And dont forget about the music. Oldskool is wear it’s at. Thank for keeping it alive.

Why is the play being cancelled in Louisville, Ky. at the KFC Yum Center…bought 4 tickets then found out it was cancelled..really disappointing….do you know when it will be re-scheduled in this area? thanks..

Loved Madea’s Big Happy Family. Staging was wonderfully done at the Garden. I am so glad I saw the Sunday afternoon show. You were on FIAH! Your cast spectacular! I didn’t like that Cassie as Bam was high through most the play though. As for Spike Lee that crab in a barrel analogy was on point. Too bad that he doesn’t know it takes more than crab to make the wonderful gumbo that the African American world of entertainment is. There is room for every ingredient!!!!!!!!!!!

A group of us attended your play at Verizon Center in DC and we really enjoyed the messages and play. My mother died in 2004 and I just removed her belonging from our house. We never taught that our mother was going to die because she was our “ALL and ALL” a very strong open women. She helped many people. When she passed we know that people can die. You will get a feeling of emptiness within you soul, but with time this will pass. I cried because I am a feeler of love and sadness. Keep making movies and plays because you are employing “Black people”. I will pay the money to employ my bothers and sisters. Thanks

Madea’s Happy Family was the bomb. He always relate them to everyday living and that’s what i enjoy the most. In he play it was amazing was when the mother died how she was on the bed one minute than up on other side of stage in a beautiful white dress with wings going up to heaven. My husband (Phillip) and I happended to be in Louisville, KY during the time of your play, Madea’s Big Happy Family. We’re from New Orleans but was in town for a Black Fire Fighter’s Conference and we managed to purchase two tickets from one of the firemen in Kentucky.

Needless to say, that was one of the best purchases we made. We both laughed so hard that night. Good thing I brought tissues because I couldn’t stop the tears of laughter from running down my face.

I have always been a big fan of yours, and my sister Carolyn is an even a bigger fan, if that is possible. We both have purchased (not bootlegged) all dvds that we could find that you’ve made and we are always patiently awaiting new projects from you.

So keep doing what you do and don’t stop producing those great hits, because be assured, me and my family are great fans!!
