Singer/songwriter Justin Timberlake was granted his request for a restraining order against one of his compulsive lady fans, who made several unannounced visits to his Los Angeles home. More recently on October 22nd, the 48-year-old woman named Karen McNeil got in a cab and made her way to Justin’s house before bypassing security measures, trespassing onto his private property, attempting to gain access to his home and claimed to be friends with Timberlake.

TMZ reports that the woman, who is said to be a mentally unstable celebrity stalker, frequently enters through the gates of Justin’s private community and refuses to leave.

In 1997, for the same offense, McNeil also violated an order of protection granted to Guns N’ Roses lead singer Axl Rose. Justin claims this time she didn’t want to leave so his staff called the police and she was arrested. McNeil claims she only wanted to leave a note for the singer.

LAPD cops took her to the psychiatric ward in a local hospital and gave her a 5150 psychiatric evaluation.  Unfortunately she did not reach the criteria to be placed and was shortly released afterward.
