Hip-hop mogul Diddy and his son Christian were spotted as they left the movies Saturday (Sep 26) in Los Angeles, CA following the premiere of the Lebron James documentary/movie “More Than A Game.”
It was recently announced that Diddy has decided to leave Warner Music Group after 5 years.
The rapper’s 2006 record Press Play was the only album he released during his exclusive deal with Warner Music Group/Atlantic Records – set to end in a matter of days. His Bad Boy music label will remain in place at the company – but Combs admits he is looking forward to putting out new material as a solo artist through an as-yet-undisclosed venture.
He says, “Now that the term of the Warner deal has ended, I have elected to accept an opportunity to move my recording career and future label venture to another company.” A WMG spokesman and a Warner Bros. Records spokeswoman had no comment.

Actress/comedienne Mo’Nique is premiering her new show, “The Mo’Nique Show” on BET next Monday night!
The one-hour show will feature A-list celebrity guest appearances and performances from the biggest names in music. She even has a resident DJ to keep the audience entertained and the viewers at home up late at night. Well, at least until 11 PM. The show promises to bridge the gap between the “old school” and the “new school” through skits and other segments, and shedding light on the positive contributions to our communities by today’s celebrities.
“I’m very excited to finally bring my signature voice and comedy to late night television,” said Mo’Nique, host of new BET late night show THE MO’NIQUE SHOW. “This show will definitely give BET viewers the late night show experience, but at the same time, offer something uniquely different to the late show circuit, and I can’t think of a better home to welcome cable’s late night female host but BET.”
The show premieres next Monday, October 5th at 11 PM, taking Wendy Williams’ old time slot. Which has a little bit of irony in itself, seeing that both of them recently left radio for TV. But anyway, continue reading for a

Janet Jackson has publicly said herself that she’s “single,” so we’re not sure why this picture of her and Jermaine Dupri together popped up over the weekend. Apparently JD went with Janet to Milan, Italy for fashion week and the two of them were photographed (together) at a private party hosted by Donatella Versace Friday night (Sep 25).
So are these two rekindling their romance? We can’t say 100% because it’s just a picture. But for the sake of that big azz tattoo Jermaine has on the side of his body, we hope they can at least TRY to work things out…
Eve’s clothing line, Fetish, is a no-go. The entire apparel line and its collections are done for good due to “legal reasons,” reports The YBF. She was supposedly in the middle of revamping the line for a re-release under a new name and a new parent company, but obviously all of that will not be happening.
She also told the website that she had left her label, Geffen Records, confirming earlier reports that the two had parted ways. Her fourth studio album, Flirt, was due to be released last year but was pushed back to 2009 and now that she’s a free agent, she’ll have to wait until she’s with another label to get it out.
In the meantime, be on the look-out for her in the new Drew Barrymore and Ellen Page movie “Whip It!” and an upcoming guest appearance in Fox’s new comedy series “Glee.”

Check out “Heard ‘Em All,” a brand new music video from R&B singer Amerie. The song will be featured on her upcoming album, In Love & War, due in stores November 3rd. Peep the Anthony Mandler directed video after the break.

If you didn’t already know, Lil Fizz and J Boog (formerly of B2K) changed their names to “Fizz and Boog” and are now a duo working on some upcoming projects. They premiered their music video for their first single “Bounce” earlier this month in support of the straight-to-DVD film “Bring It On: Fight to the Finish” and to promote their upcoming debut album, Nightlife.
In a recent interview with Bossip, the pair spoke candidly about Omarion, Raz B f**king up their money, and their past lives as B2K stars.
Bossip: Now let’s dip into some past events… When Raz B first came out saying this stuff about Chris Stokes, what was your reaction to all this?
Fizz: We were completely in awe, because at that moment we were actually shooting a reality show that was getting picked up by WB. I was actually out of town in New Orleans at the time for Christmas with my pops. Boog was out in LA and he called me like: “Yo did you see this video on Youtube?” And I’m like, “what?” Boog said, “Yo, just go look at Raz on Youtube.” I couldn’t believe my jaw dropped, I was just like what?… Like, why come about it this way, if this is what really happened to you, why would you announce it to the world like this, why wouldn’t you go and handle this and yourself in a more appropriate manner? Especially if we got this reality show going on that’s about to get picked up by WB. You know what I mean?
Boog: He kind of did a suicide bomber on us.
Bossip: What reality show were you guys filming, what was it for?
Fizz: It was the B2K reality show without Omarion. It was us three coming back as the group without O, but unfortunately it didn’t work out because of that.
Bossip: That was a big bomb, that was a big money bomb.
Fizz: Everything happens for reason, though, I think it really set up this project for me and Boog to do Nightlife. This project has been going like super great, I’ve never been a part of something like this since B2K had first started and everybody’s supporting us, everybody’s behind us 100%. Everybody loves the music, loves the video, they just get the whole vision that we’re trying to do. And it comes from the chemistry. Boog and I, we’ve been best friends since we were 12 years old. We know the business, we know each other. The vision that we are trying to get across, it’s gelling, it’s really working.
Boog: When this happened, we weren’t around each other for like 3 ½ years. Raz was kind of like a stranger to us, we didn’t really expect or know what he would pull off….we were like fans in a sense because we seen it when everybody else seen it like huh?
