The paparazzi spotted R&B singer/songwriter Ne-Yo outside of his hotel Monday afternoon (Sep 14) in New York City.

Ne-Yo is currently in the middle of shooting a film and its production schedule prohibits him from being able to travel to Mobile, AL to perform for the 15th Annual BayFest Music Festival next month, so Ludacris will be filling him for him. More »
