Since the platinum selling group Danity Kane was disbanded by Bad Boy exec Diddy, we haven’t heard much from two of its members: vocalist Aundrea Fimbres and blonde beauty Shannon Bex. It’s being reported that Shannon will soon beheading back into the studio to start on her new album. She will be abandoning her pop roots to turn to country.

She says, “I’m just working on kind of finding my solo sound. I’ve been with a group for an amazing five years, and you know, it kind of happens, things move on. I want to do it right, though. I’m not jumping into anything.”

With the right management, we think Shannon can do well in the country genre. She proved during one of the MTB episodes that she has the vocals. Now it’s a matter of showcasing it to everyone else.
