Generally, you are not be responsible for payments on a vehicle that has been purchased for you as a gift. Seemingly, she purchased it for herself to put on a facade of importance in his life for her friends and family. Additionally, Kazemi could not be McNair's girlfriend because he had a wife. At best, she could be a mistress. However, she seems more like just a piece on the side that did not have a clue and happened to be mentally disturbed. Mistresses of wealthy men (when those men have any type of feelings for them) no longer work (especially as low paid waitresses), worry about money, make car payments, or live in substandard housing (as opposed to high end homes/condos/townhouses).
