UsherChris Brown Being Sued for Assault by LA Photographer
A Los Angeles photographer is suing Chris Brown and a Los Angeles gym for assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability. According to the lawsuit, which was filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, the photographer alleges that Chris’ bodyguards and an L.A. Fitness employee caused him physical harm after he shot a photo of Chris playing ball with his friends on the basketball court of the gym.
The photog claims Chris’ bodyguards yelled at him — so he tried to leave the gym … but an L.A. Fitness employee tried to block his escape.
The photog says he then fell down a stairwell, which allowed the bodyguards to catch up with him — where they, “picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him.”
The photog claims he was a paying member at the gym and had every right to be on the property.

Chris never touched that man and why you don’t have the video when he was asked questions outside while he was going to his car. He stated Chris is a good guy and his bodyguards did what they had to do. This guy is tryng to get paid but next time you want to sue make sure you don’t make any comments that can dismiss your claim. People need to leave this boy alone.

CHRIS IS THE GOOD GUIY REALLY PEOPLE IS LOOKING AT HIM LIKE HES THE BAD GUY MANY GIRLS BEAT UP ON THERE MAN BUT WHAT DO THEY GET……A SLAP ON THE WRIST PEOPLE NEED TO FOCUS ON THE REAL CRIMES LIKE TEENAGE GIRLS GETTIN RAPE THEY DONT PUT THAT KIND OF STUFF ON TV WHAT ABOUT THE NON FAMOUS FOLKS THAT ARE LOOKIN FOR SOMEONE TO HELP THEM FIND THE PERSON THAT HELP THEM. THIS IS A YOUNG MAN THAT IS TRYING TO GET SOME WHERE IN LIFE DONT TAKE IT FROM HIM TAKE AWAY THE LIVES OF THOSE WHO DO NOT DESERVE IT.
