Chris Brown at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA

Alleged woman beater Chris Brown hit up the University of Mary Washington Tuesday in his home state of Virginia to show his face for “The White Ribbon Campaign,” which is a week devoted to raising awareness about violence towards women. Gotta love the irony in that, right? The singer played basketball at the school and posed for a photo (above) with the ladies of the University of Mary Washington basketball team.     I’m not sure what country you are from, but over here in America, regardless of the circumstance, when people are charged with crimes, they are “innocent until proven guilty.” The word alleged means that the person is “accused of” or “charged with” a certain crime, but hasn’t been convicted or “found guilty.”

    Alleged is a stupid word to use in this situation – we ALL know that he beat her. To use the word “alleged” is irresponsible as he nor Rihanna has ever denied that he BEAT her.

    Do you TRULY believe that he will be charged with the beating?

    No.

    So knowing that… will you continue to use the word “alleged” even after he is sentenced?

    That’s right Chantel, you tell em!!! Somebody needs to stick up for brothas like me and Chris. My ex couldn’t understand why I smacked her for actin a fool. She just up and left without giving me a second chance.

    I’m glad to see that there are still women out there like you and the other supportive girls on this blog. You all know that when we get a little rough, it’s just out of frustration from whatever craziness you all bring coming at us with.

    Well there are alot of crucial details that are missing from the story:

    1. it is coming out that Rihanna wasn’t screaming for help, she was just heard screaming
    2. watch the re-enactment on youtube, the guy that is portraying chris brown wasn’t even holding on to the steering wheel the whole time, they would of crashed, even though the guy was a bad actor, you can tell he had difficulty trying to punch the girl and keep his hand on the steering wheel and his eyes on the road for that matter
    3. it is also coming out that this was the first time that chris has hit rihanna and she didnt feel threatened for her life.
    4. what came out was the affidavit, it is not the OFFICIAL police report, and many things in the affidavit have been proven false.

    it is a little too early to be crucifying him because for one we don’t know his side of the story and the story has been changing over and over.

    Okay im not even gonna front i was pissed off about the situation but I agree with Dustin he is innocent until proven guilty now dont get me wrng im not saying what he did was right but at the same time there maybe more to this story and we dont really know what went down that night only chris and Rihanna does and dont forget women can also be abusive, dont look at this situation from one person’s point of view. Rihanna might be as guilty as he is, Dont pick sides until the full story is out of the open if it ever does.
