Chris Brown Releases Official Statement; Says He’s Sorry and Saddened

Over the span of just one week, we’ve had “statements” released from just about every celebrity, close friend, family member, and anyone else who thought it was there place to speak on the alleged fight between Chris Brown and Rihanna. But now we’re finally able to hear straight from the source: Mr. Christopher Maurice Brown himself. His publicist, Michael Sitrick, released an official statement from the R&B singer today, expressing Brown’s sadness and remorse for what went down last week between him and Rihanna.

“Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God’s help, to emerging a better person. Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writings under my name are frauds.”

We’re glad he finally decided to speak up and attempt to save his name. This whole “staying silent” thing was doing more harm than good.

I just LOVE how the GOSSIP & RUMOR (because that is ALL that it was/is right now) of Rihanna giving Chris an STD were filled with comments. But when the WOMAN BEATER releases a fucking statement admitting to BEATING a FEMALE, you fucking groupies are SILENT.

Fuck ALL woman BEATERS.

Fuck Chris Brown until he gets help and leaves his ABUSIVE tendencies behind.

First of all she should not even touch or slap him and if any female got a nerve to slap a male you should get hit back not with excessive force but you should get hit to or suffer the consequnces he suffer.

First of all. We are all human therefore not perfect! But What if every mistake you ever made was broadcast to the world!?. . . I dont condone domestic violence in any form of under any circumstance!! These to stars are very young and immature. Since I was not there like the rest of you, I dont really and will never know what happened and or why. I do wish them both the best!! In getting their lives back on track peacefully and with self respect intact!!! God Bless them both to LEARN from their mistakes!

She HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL and the hospital report concerning her injuries are pretty severe – is that not excessive force?

If rihanna gave him aids… and slapped him. thats just self defense from chris brown. Now i highly doubt rihanna just sat there and took the beating without fighting back. If anything it should be battery on both accounts and a charge of “slut” on rihanna for giving him AIDS. And She went to the hospital yea who cares.. i guarentee u that she wont go doing what she did before ever again. Shonda i cant w8 till you get aids and see what u think.

Chris Brown is a fucking dick sucking wifebeater and should lose his career for this. No matter what a girl does to a guy he should never hit her. Its just showing what type of guy he is.
