Rapper Kanye West was spotted by his paparazzi “friends” as he left Katsuya restaurant in Los Angeles Saturday night (Dec. 27th). He recently made a public announcement saying that he loved the paparazzi, and wanted to make peace with them, despite what happened earlier this year at LAX and outside of a club in England.
