Rihanna obviously wore it better since it fits her curves more naturally, Beyonce on the other hand is a bit to binded by this dress since her chest just too large for this type of design. And to all the haters instead of waisting your time arguing why one is better than the other why not invest that energy into something more productive because everyone knows the only fight between them is the one their fans are starting. I love both and they both are extremely pulchritudinous but Rihanna did win this one.
