NeNe Leakes, one of the stars of BRAVO’s hit series, The Real Housewives of Atlanta has been reportedly kicked out of her 5-bedroom home . She and her husband, Greg, reportedly owed $6,240 in back rent to Winwood Properties.

The home was purchased for $829,400 in September 2006 and is owned by Kajani Shenaz Ali, who lives overseas. The Leakeses moved in shortly after it was built and have remained there since. NeNe, 41, did little to quell the controversy in a series of testy emails to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, refusing to disclose where she is living now.

“It’s none of your business,” she snapped in one communiqué, insisting that she and her husband are “financial able [sic] and stable to live where ever we feel fits.” She was also quick to point out that the eviction notice didn’t have her name on it, adding cryptically, “you don’t know my relationship with Greg so be careful what you report!”

Wait, so they didn’t really own the house they lived in? So it was a front, the whole time … wow.

27-year-old William Balfour was officially arrested this past Monday and charged with the murders of Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson, and Julian King; Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother, and young nephew, respectively. But now his lawyer is saying the only reason he’s being charged is because he’s the only suspect the police have at this point

“The delay between the crimes and his actual arrest show weaknesses in the case,” attorney Joshua Kutnick tells People.com. “This case is not a strong case against William. He is a convenient suspect.”

Well, even if he is innocent, the fact that he’s not really cooperating with the police, and hasn’t throughout the case’s investigation, doesn’t make him seem so. But we reallly think he did it. And so does everyone else.

PLAXICO BURRESS MAY CUT HIMSELF FROM THE NEW YORK GIANTS » due to the recent self-inflicted injury that recently occurred over the weekend. After shooting himself Saturday he turned himself in for not having proper weapon possession papers. Not only is he facing years in prison, he also might be facing the fact that he’ll no longer be a player on the Giants. This has not been the only offense Burress has committed during his time with the Giants. The NFL policy on gun possession includes:

“And if you violate a public law covering weapons, for example possession of an unlicensed firearm, you are not only subject to discipline, including suspension from playing, but also subject to criminal prosecution.”

This may be the end for Burress but he has not been convicted of any charges as of yet. His career may be battered but could also still be intact. Only time will tell…
