Wayne Makes an Appearance with Kid Rock at the CMA Awards

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE // WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12TH 2008 » Rapper Lil Wayne made a surprise appearance with rock artist Kid Rock Wednesday night at the 2008 Country Music Association Awards in Nashville, TN. According to MTV News, Weezy is the first hip-hop act ever to perform at the country music award show, but he didn’t even rap on stage. The rapper reportedly played on the guitar the entire song and never peeped a word. A source close to the Louisiana native claims that he did this in order to keep fresh. He didn’t want to do what he did at the 2008 VMAs.
