ATLANTA // SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST 2008 » TLC alum Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas hit up the Atlanta Hawks vs. Philadelphia 76ers baksetball game Saturday night in the A. The latest on Chilli is that she’s slated to release her debut album as a solo artist in December 2008 via her own label Tron Musik. The album is reportedly titled “Bi-Polar.”

Why do Chilli look so ugly up close. Maybe to much makeup.
