New York: “Punk is really loving being Mr. Jennifer Hudson”

We here at Gossip On This already know who’s not on former “American Idol” hopeful Jennifer Hudson’s and former “I Love New York” contestant David “Punk” Otunga’s invite list for their wedding. New York herself has taken it upon herself to publicly downplay Jennifer & Punk’s engagement and overall relationship, making references to Al & Star and Steadman & Oprah:

“He’s really loving being Mr. Jennifer Hudson. I think he’s loving the lavish things she brings to his life, he’s seeing the world due to Jennifer’s success,” Tiffany retorted earlier this week. “[But] can you love this person if they lose all of this tomorrow? She needs to find out. I just hope people are marrying each other for the right reasons.”

“It’s a mixed match, it won’t work,” she says. “He’ll be in her shadow like Al Reynolds was to Star Jones, like Stedman Graham is to Oprah.”

I’m not sure but I sense a little bitterness in there. Not a lot, but just a pinch though lol. What about you?

Unfortunately, New York speaks the truth about Punk, I mean he was on her show and now he just happened to get with J. Hud. He won’t be contributing much to their relationship as J. Hud will be the breadwinner so why is he really with her?

As much as I hate to agree with New York of all beings, she is right. I believe that Punk is using Jennifer Hudson to make himself known. I mean come on, he gets dumped by New York, and then all of a sudden he’s engaged to Jennifer Hudson, a star of Dreamgirls. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then it is a duck. And Punk my friend….you are the Daffy duck of ducks.. Sorry.
