Senator PRESIDENT Obama and that old dude they call “John McCain” participated in a debate last night in Mississipi. If you’re living on planet earth right now, you’d know that the U.S. is currently struggling financially, and when Obama begins his 8-year term (yes, he will get re-elected … no doubt about that) on January 20th 2009, it is going to be up to him to fix all of this. And after watching last night’s debate, I sincerely believe that between him and McCain, he’s most definitely the man for the job. The two of them also weighed in on issues regarding foreign policy, foreign oil dependence, and more. If you didn’t get a chance to catch the debate last night, then there’s absolutely no excuse for you to not be able to catch the full videos somewhere online. I even did the looking for you :) Click here!

Also, according to our demographics, 35% of GOT’s readers are between the ages of 18 and 34. If you are a legal United States citizen, then there is no reason (or excuse for that matter) for you not to be registered to vote. You have up until this Saturday (October 4th 2008) to get off of your lazy behind and register! If you visit www.VOTEFORCHANGE.COM all you do is fill out a simple form online and they register for you! This takes all of what … 3 minutes? (depending on the speed of your computer). So what the hell are you waiting on? If Obama doesn’t get into office because of the 55 million Americans not registered to vote, then we don’t deserve to have him as our president. And that’s the truth.

Oh, and by the way, if you turn 18 on or before November 4th, then you are still eligible to vote in this year’s election. So if you are currently 17 years old and your 18th birthday isn’t until November 4th 2008, then you can still register NOW (even before you actually turn 18). SO DO IT!!

Notorious isn’t set to hit theater’s until January 2009, but the teaser has already been making it’s way around the net! The film based around the life and death of Brooklyn rapper Biggie Smalls/Notorious B.I.G. The film features Angela Bassett as Voletta Wallace, Derek Luke as Diddy, Anthony Mackie as Tupac, Sen Ringgold as Suge Knight, Antonique as Faithe Evans, Naturi Naughton as Lil’ Kim, and stars Jamal Woolard as Biggie Smalls. I’m curious to see how Biggie’s death was filmed, everyone knows the case is still a unsolved homicide. I wonder if they will be showing who they think killed Biggie or if they will leave it up to the viewers to decide. Check out the teaser above! Shout out to WSHH for sending this one over!
