LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA // THURSDAY, SEPT. 4TH 2008 ยป The 2008 BMI Urban Awards went down Thursday night and was a big night in the Black Music Industry. Three major awards were handed out that night to, Songwriter of the Year, T-Pain, Producer of the Year, Kanye West, and Janet Jackson presented the BMI Icon Award to her brothers The Jacksons 5. There were many celebrities as guests, winners, and performers. Ray J, Keri Hilson, Mario, Christina Milian, Lloyd and more were all in attendance. Check out more pics of the night after the cut!
