CITY HALL PARK, NEW YORK // THURSDAY, AUGUST 21ST 2008 » Beyoncé attended the J&R Music Festival to support both Solange and Michelle Williams during their performances. Brother-in-law Jay-Z was there to support Solange as well. Her new album, Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams, will be in stores in the U.S. August 26th.
