1/5 of the Jackson 5 – Jermaine Jackson – and his wife were scoped out by the paparazzi earlier today as they spend some QT together in St. Tropez. It is rumored that Jermaine and his brothers will reunite next month in LA where they will be honored with a lifetime achievement award at the BMI Awards. The group will not perform, but a star-studded collection of music acts will pay tribute to the band with a medley of their greatest hits. All but Michael have confirmed their attendance. Oh, and speaking of the Jacksons, word on the sidewalk is that Tito is being sued!

Mel B and her big-headed husband Stephen Belefonte were spotted horse-playing in the streets of Los Angeles as they left STK Restaurant in West Hollywood Friday night. It’s all fun and games until someone gets hurt! Lol

Comedic actor Jamie Foxx was spotted surfing in Hawaii the other day with a rather strangely embroidered surf-board. And judging by the looks of the size of that gut of his, which is covered by that black wife-beater, the homie has been taking a break from the gym! Who wears wife-beaters to the beach anyway?

Singer Kelly Rowland was recently spotted in St. Tropez (last Wednesday to be exact) hanging out with some friends on a yacht.
