Ciara graces the August 2008 cover of Billboard Magazine. In the issue Ciara talks about her modeling contract with Wilhelmina, her new movie Mama I Want To Sing, and her new album, Fantasy Ride (LaFace), which is scheduled to drop November 2008! It looks like Ciara is planning on making ‘08 her year! Very nice cover CiCi!
