I am very moved by the beautiful credit given to the struggle and success of Black women in this video. Women historically are the foundation men have depended upon for their success achievements. Black women are strong and motivated to stand on their own foundation in a difficult world. This is a great song and anthem to black women. I am white and proudly married to a beautiful American “sister”. My wife has worked hard to be successful and was also touched by this song.

This was a very inspirational video, and Alicia does her thing in every video or album she has put out. For the 2 comments before me, would you all be saying this if she was 100% black and not mixed? There are many african american or caucasian artist that had inspirational songs such as this one and didn’t cast any other race accept for their own. I don’t think she will lose any fans for this.

now i must say that i am truly amazed. Mainly at this video and the awesome message and powerful inspiration of the is song. I LOVE Alicia Keys and I appreciate her music and her dedication to not only being an entertainer, but to making the world a better place through her music, her gift. But i am ALSO amazed at how someone, ANYONE can finish watching such an inspirational video and their first thought is the fact that there are more black people in the vid than white people. Now THAT is amazing to me.

yea I know Alicia is half white, half black, but she´s obviously only turning to her black part, I mean there are only black “superwomans” in the video. Only one white woman, and that is the social worker on the welfare office! And no hispanics. It´s obvious this song goes out to all the black women. Dissapointing, I think she eventually will loose some fans who ain´t black if she keep going on like this. I love her music, but I´d probably love it more if I felt I could identify with it more

amazing video I love Alicia for that, her powerful music and then the video tops it off..back when I saw her in 2005 she wasnt really noticed a lot but I’ve loved her since she first came out!
