Beyoncé was spotted on the set of a new thriller film titled Obsessed with co-star Idris Elba shooting a scene for the film due out mid 2009. In this new film Beyoncé plays Beth Charles, the wife of Derek Charles (Idris Elba), whose husband is threatened by an “obsessed” temp in his office. This movie should be good! I can’t wait to see Bee on the big screen again next year! Check out more photos below!

I just LOVE Beyonce!!! I think she will be great as long as people can separate her from her stage persona…and why did the writers name her character “Beth”? (not many Black Beths) It will make it a little harder for the general audience to begin accepting her as a character actor!!!:(

omg omg i heard there was gonna be a cat fight between her and the white woman from heroes in thi movie , i would love to see Bee kick some ass . Maybe she vent out her frustration that all the haters and Paps cause lol jk

this seems like a good movie and movie that bee needs. i mean shes always playing a singer. so its good to see her in a very different role then wut she usually plays.

Hey i thought beyonce was performing with usher and lil wayne for the opening of the bet awards
