Serena Williams Covers Ebony

Serena Williams is on the cover of the new issue of Ebony for the month of July. She dishes on some her tips on how she stays healthy in the summertime and her relationship with Common. When Serena was asked on how she stays healthy she said:

“It’s too hot in the summer to cook, so I love to grill chicken and fish,” she adds. “I also love to grill vegetables and serve them chilled.”

She also talked about Common:

“I think he’s a great guy. He’s obviously a great artist who is timeless and classic. You can’t beat that. But I have to focus on tennis because that’s my goal in life.”

    Do you believe that in Brazil never a black woman was in the cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine, the most important female magazine here…? This is very ‘rare’ to me…
