Both Cassie and Karina sing it good but I prefer Karina because her voice is deeper and gives more meaning and power to the song. Cassie’s voice is a little softer that goes with the beat.

When I first heard this song it was b4 Cassie released it as her first single. So needless to say I have a bias because I had already fallen in love with Karina’s voice and version of the song. But putting all of that aside, I think that Cassie is a waste of space. She’s nothing more to me than another pretty face whose popularity is going to fall off. I really wanted to like her version of the song just because I knew that her song was going to be the one that I was going to hear more of. But after seeing her video I realized a couple of things. First, that she needs Lil’ Wayne in her version because she wouldn’t be able to hold the song on her own. And second, that she has no identity of her own because throughout the whole video she tries to be Aaliyah. Basically my vote is going to Karina P. because she kills this song.

The funny thing is, I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth when the video came on. I was thinking to myself, Karina finally doing her thang… I was singing along & I had to stop & peek out the door. I knew it wasn’t sounding… “right”. No offense to Cassie or anything. I am DIGGING the video, but I think Karina brings that “umph” to this song. I appreciate both versions seeing as to how the lyrics are different and all. But yeah… this should’ve been Karina’s. If she really turned the song down, then too bad. It was hot.

Well……They both have different vibes to it..Cassies version is more for if you just realized that you arent his official gir and youre kinda sad and journaling and what not while Karina’s is more for when you’re done journaling and are now PISSED. Its more powerful than Cassies. I think both have their high and low points, I like Cassies lyrics better but I prefer Karina’s vocals.

uhm i really liike both versions but cassies voice is softer on the track and flows a little better. her voice makes it seem as if she really tired and begging for the person to treat her rite. karina is very talented and she has a powerful voice but some tracks dont need all that….just take Aaliyah for instance

cassie definitely took this one, her voice is a lot more softer and gives it more of an attractive sexiness to it, that Karina makes it feel more “hard”. Karina may have a more powerful voice, but it’s not unique, in this business you need to have something that sets you apart from everyone else, that when you hear their voice, its like yeah thats so and so, and I think Cassie definitely has that. A lot of people hate on her about her voice, but I think she definitenly as a very fresh, sexy, and refreshing vibe about her, she may not be singing like Beyonce, but if you wanted Beyonce go listen to Beyonce, because Cassie gots her own swagger going on (kind of like how Rihanna has her own voice), and I dont think anyone else can touch that. This song could potentially be a hit. I feel that people are basing the song on who has the general “better voice” but, this song has more of a techno, pop vibe and Cassie’s voice AND look complements the style/song. All Cassie needs is more edge and she needs to challenge her voice to be able to fulfill the potential of this song. Karina’s voice is overpowering the beat; the beat is too (what’s the word?) well, the beat is just too good to be overpowered to that extent. They both add a lovely,unique twist to the song, but it ultimatly suites CASSIE!

Basically Karina makes the song sound more real acd Cassie adds a poppy type feeling to it. I really like the song and i like Karina’s better. BUt even though I can’t stand Cassie, this song is pretty good with her voice. LOVE THE SONG!!!!
