This is allegedly the official album cover for Lil Wayne’s upcoming album “Tha Carter III” which is scheduled to drop May 13th. I wonder if that is Wayne’s real baby picture, it looks just like him.

    nah its him.. he has no twin brother hahaa.. but it was his baby picture that they photoshoped the suit and tattoos onto
