The walking STD that is Paris Hilton took a nasty fall while shopping at an overseas music store. Good thing her rocker boyfriend Benji Madden was there to help her up! Y’all know her special ass would probably still be figuring a way to get up right now if she were by herself. Looks like she hurt her chin though!
