Timbaland has been celebrating after his publicist Monique Idlett gave birth to his first child. The pair, who had secretly been dating for two years, have also announced their engagement after the music producer, real name Timothy Mosley, proposed during their baby shower last month.

A source said: “They welcomed a baby girl (Reign Mosly) into the world a couple of days ago. They’re both really happy together. They’ve known each other for years.”

Reports earlier this week revealed that a woman who works for Timbaland’s record label Mosley Music Group was expecting his baby, but it was originally stated that the pair were not in a relationship together. Timbaland and Idlett plan to marry next year.

I mean dayum! Did anyone see this coming? Talk about keeping shit under wraps! But anyhow, congratz to the two on their engagement and their newborn.

Fans in Columbus, Georgia apparently aren’t too happy about Keyshia Cole skipping out on performing for them. The rumor is that she didn’t want to go on stage before Ne-Yo. Damon Dash is reportedly in trouble with the IRS! He owes the state of New York over $2 million in taxes. But I’m sure he’ll be able to get that paid without him having to go to jail, seeing as he owns a $400,000 Maybach sedan with a chauffeur, several diamond-encrusted watches and over 1,000 pairs of sneakers. That’s a little over a million dollars, right? He can make up the rest of that ghetto myspace thing he’s working on. I hear they have like 23 members now.

But back to the story. You celebrities are gonna get enough of hiring these run-of-the-mill accountants who “forget” to file your taxes! I bet you their taxes are paid in full, and probably with YOUR money!

T.I. might actually have a shot at winning this! His current goal is making evidence seized from his car and statements he made to authorities inadmissible in court. The rapper claims both were illegally obtained. Clifford’s team of attorneys filed motions Monday in U.S. District Court seeking to suppress evidence seized from his vehicle and statements he made when he was arrested on October 13, according to the Associated Press.

The defense says the officers had no warrant, consent or probable cause to search T.I.’s vehicle. They want statements the rapper made to agents thrown out on the grounds that T.I. may not have talked voluntarily and that he may have been detained improperly. The lawyers also said more details would be filed later.

Though the judge didn’t immediately respond, according to an email from a federal prosecution spokesperson, he will respond in court. And I, for one, definitely cannot wait to hear what the judge has to say.
