America Idol’s very own, Jordin Sparks, releases her eponymous debut effort next week Tuesday (November 20th) as well off of Jive records. The Idol’s album includes some crazy, stellar production from the likes of Stargate, with the first single â€Tattoo,†and The Underdogs.
My, my, my, despite critic’s frivolous claims towards Sparks’ efforts, this album isn’t half bad, for a debut, especially considering how young the Arizona-native actually is. I’m so, so proud of Sparks becos she has come a very long way, for the most part, she gets high praises from me.
Overall this album wasn’t anything I expected, but that doesn’t necessarily make it a bad thing, there was some wicked jams and unordinary downbeats. I don’t think fans, existing or potential, will be disappointed. Some of my favorites are “No Air,†“Freeze,†“Shy Boy,†and “Just For The Recordâ€.

Her album is a HOT ASS MESS! Jive is making her into pop fluff, like they are trying to re create the original Britney Spears album or something. Jordin has a great voice, and this album doesnt showcase it at all! Its a dissapointment.

I think the album is really really good. For the above if not POP fluff what exactly should jordin be? I don’t think “deep and brooding” would work all that well. I think the effort was great for a debut.

Jordin’s CD Rocks. I love the song One Step at a Time. I recommend going and buying this CD, if you enjoyed Jordin on Idol.

truly Jordin’s an absolute stylish singer in her on way. Her latest album says it all: it speaks for its self just like other singers (Fanastia) . therefore i respect and congralute her on success, its very touching and i believe the effort cant be denied nor neglected.
