A finalist on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, Laila Ali is the latest celebrity to wear the famous Milk Mustache. Queen of both the ring and the dance floor, Ali knows a healthy diet combined with staying active are important for feeling and performing at your peak. Drinking three glasses of lowfat or fat free milk everyday helps her maintain a healthy weight and get the nutrients, including calcium and protein that her active body needs. The ad copy reads:

Knockout. Take it from me, milk really packs the punch. Some studies suggest the nutrients in 24 ounces of low fat or fat free milk a day can help you maintain a healthy weight and the protein helps build muscle for a lean body. So eat right, train hard and drink milk. Now, that’s a winning combination – in the ring or on the dance floor.

The ad debuts on October 22nd in Real Simple.

This is Ali’s third Milk Mustache ad. In 2001, she starred alongside her famous dad, Muhammad Ali and earlier this year she donned the famous white mustache alongside her fellow Dancing With the Stars finalists. Other celebrity superstars who have more recently appeared in the campaign include Mariska Hargitay, Beyonce Knowles and Sara Ramirez.
