DANG, BRITNEY! WHAT’S NEXT?! » Well damn! I didn’t see this one coming! Or maybe I did… With all of the hoopla surrounding Britney Spears and her stint at last week’s VMAs, we almost forgot about her custody battle with her kids. FOX NEWS is reporting that Britney will temporarily lose custody of her two toddler sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline. Commissioner Scott Gordon will order the boys, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James, turned over to Federline based on information that Los Angeles Family Court received over the weekend about Spears, the sources told FOX News. During Monday’s custody hearing, Spears’ former bodyguard accused the pop star of having “issues of nudity and drug use” since she returned from rehab, and reports of a planned “hit” on Federline emerged. JAMIE FOXX GETS A SPOT ON THE HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME » This past Friday, Jamie Foxx received his very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. “My grandmother’s got to be spreading her wings and flying around in heaven, just so happy,” he said during the unveiling of the star. He called the day “one of the most amazing days” of his life. After receiving an Oscar for his ground-breaking performance of Ray Charles in “Ray” in 2005, I’d say it’s about damn time he get his props with his very own star! Congratz Jamie!

DANG, FIDDY … TAKE YOUR LOSS LIKE A MAN! » We knew this was going to happen! After hearing reports of Kanye West’s “Graduation” outselling 50 Cent’s “Curtis” by over 300,000 units, Shitty Cent is accusing Kanye’s label of “cheating.” How the hell can you cheat in album sales? The record label has NOTHING to do with how the numbers come out. Shitty’s plea is that Def Jam has been “rigging sales.” I’m not sure how that’s possible, but whatever, LOL. 50 cent told UK music magazine Uncut: “He’s never had a fraction of the sales 50 Cent has. They could have only one scan and have it count four times. West’s entire career hasn’t sold half what I sold on my first album.” I’m mad he just referred to himself in the third person … I hate when people do that! Just so you know, Kanye’s numbers are reported to be between 800k and 900k, while 50’s are reported to be around 500k-600k. Regardless, that’s still damn good for a declining market like this! Congratz to both of them … even though Shitty Cent is acting like a ‘lil BITCH right about now!

DANG O.J. … IN THE NEWS AGAIN?! O.J. Simpson has been charged with kidnapping and seven other felonies stemming from an alleged armed robbery of sports merchandise in Las Vegas. He will face those charges, plus a misdemeanor, tomorrow morning in court! Today’s charges differ from the original six against Simpson at the time he was booked into jail on Sunday, with prosecutors this morning announcing that they had added felony kidnapping with a deadly weapon. If convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison on each robbery count.
Three of Simpson’s co-defendants were also charged with the same felonies, as well as with a misdemeanor charge of conspiracy to commit a crime. The charges include conspiracy to commit a kidnapping, kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon, burglary with use of a deadly weapon, robbery with use of a deadly weapon, assault with use of a deadly weapon and coercion with use of a deadly weapon. At Wednesday morning’s hearing, projected to last approximately five minutes, bail is likely to be discussed. Simpson, considered a flight risk, is currently on a “no bail” hold. DAYUMMMMM!
