Well it appears certain people who “act like they know,” really don’t know shit, because this is the official album cover of Graduation. And I’m sure you guys heard rumors about Kanye pushing back his album date, False. According to KANYE TALK:

Certain sites are claiming that an “insider” at Def Jam has revealed that the release date for Graduation has been changed to avoid conflict with 50 Cent’s Curtis.

This isn’t true. Graduation is still officially scheduled for release on September 11!

After the fiasco that was TJ’s and DJ’s Tastemakers Music Conference, Miami’s “finest” and the industry’s “best” had to join together one more time under the same roof for the second annual O’Zone Awards! Some of the shit that went down backstage, onstage, and on the red carpet is just too much for me to type, so you’ll have to gather your own conclusions by looking through all of the photos I grabbed. I’m not gonna front though, the show looked pretty good! A major step-up from last year. If you caught it on MTV Jamz this time last year, you know what I’m talking about. Shit looked like it was held in a high school auditorium LOL.

ABC News has learned that Kia Vaughn, star center for the Rutgers Women’s Basketball team, has filed a lawsuit against Imus for libel, slander and defamation. This is apparentlythe first civil suit to be filed against the former radio host. Vaughn is asking for monetary damages of an unspecified amount. “This is a lawsuit in order to restore the good name and reputation of my client, Kia Vaughn,” said her attorney, Richard Ancowitz, in an exclusive interview with the ABC News Law & Justice Unit.
