I already heard this song on the radio and posted it, but I’m posting it again to CONFIRM, “Pick It Up And Drop It” is NOT the first single from A New Age! I don’t think it will even be included in the album, maybe a throw away track, it sounds like a really bad version of “Push Up On Me” and “Break It off”. So once again, “Watch Dem Roll” is the first single, peeps!

Talib Kweli is back I apologize, a virtuoso emcee, that which is Talib Kweli has NEVER left! Eardrum is the name of Kweli’s third studio album, released under his own label Blacksmith Records, in stores August 21st! Producers for this LP include Kanye West, Just Blaze, Will.i.am and Timbaland and features from Jean Grae, Lyfe Jennings, Norah Jones, Musiq Soulchild, Justin Timberlake and that’s not even everybody yo! Many, many guest features on this album, I can’t even name them all, it is crazy forreal. Some of my personal favorite joints are “Soon The New Day,” “Oh My Stars,” “More Or Less,” and “Go With Us”! I can’t even really say much about this, your boy ALEX pretty much summed it up, although I like the number of tracks the way they are.

(I DIDN’T UPLOAD OR RIP ANYTHING B/C I WANT YOU TO BUY THE ALBUM!!)
One of my favorite rappers of all time, TALIB KWELI recently premiered his video for “Hot Thing,” featuring will.i.am, from the album EARDRUM IN STORES THIS TUESDAY, AUGUST 21ST! You can preview his whole album via his MYSPACE Hmm . . . I’m thinking if I should do an album review, “Hostile Gospel” and “Give ‘Em Hell” is the business, peeps “act like they know” but they don’t know shit!

Your boy Kanye is doing it big these days, dude covers XXL MAGAZINE, the October 2007 Edition!

AUDIO: NICOLE SCHERZINGER F/ WILL.I.AM – “BABY LOVE”
Above is said to be Nicole’s album art for her debut album Her Name is Nicole, not Nicole from the Pussy Cat Dolls (hints why I never say that), but JUST Nicole peeps! Ehh, I don’t know about the cover art, it looks natural . . . but almost forced. Plus, I saw some much better photos they could’ve used for the album’s cover art. Nicole recently stated that she, personally, would like “Baby Love” to be the next single from her album. The song features great production (as well as guest appearance) by your boy will.i.am, to me, I think I like this better than “Super Villain”. What do you guys think about the cover and “possible” second single?
