Nicole Richie was spotted spending some time in New York City. She enjoyed lunch at a trendy downtown restaurant then went for a workout at Equinox gym. Is that a baby bump?? In other NR news, she and Joel Madden are supposedly engaged, or are headed to that way soon. Or at least that’s what I’m hearing! I’ll keep you updated…

America’s favorite president (eff you G Dub) Bill Clinton was spotted sight-seeing in France. Are all of those people following him, or are they just a part of his tour group? Anyhow, home boy walked to the Eiffel tower and back along the Seine river. I wanna go to Paris one day!!
