According to PEOPLE our girl Kelly Rowland collapsed onstage early Sunday in Lagos, Nigeria, where she had been performing as a part of overseas promotion for her new album “Ms Kelly” – and for the ThisDay Festival. It was apparantly caused by dehydration, which her rep, Yvette Noel Schure later confirmed in a statement. Kelly was taken to a hospital in Lagos, and was reported to be in “good condition.” I’m glad she’s okay, I know that must have been scary for people in the crowd! That which is Janelle Monae, her new cd Metropolis Suite I: The Chase, will be released in stores and on iTunes August 21st according to her site, which has a whole new look now! Love the song, hate the video. My all time favorite song and video would have to be “All Good Things (Come To A End)” but, this is like what the … sixth video already? I guess you can’t expect too much, but I do love the whole Pop 80’s vibe, let me find out Missy is on the remix … let me find out.

So Marques Houston’s video for “Wonderful” recently premiered on AOL this month. Ehhhhhhh … it’s kinda boring to me, but that’s just my opinion, Marques has done plenty of other great songs that I’m not mad at. But yeah, check out the video premiere above!

Chris Brown answers a few questions from his loyal fans! Here are the highlights: in part one of the interview Chris talks about what’s on the horizon, how he hopes to continue his career in music etc. He also mentions receiving a surprising phone call from his favorite idol during the filming of Sweet Eighteen. Part two, Chris talks about the “single” life, his tattoos, his type of women (”I don’t like bimbos!”) and some of the artists he would like to work with. He drops a couple of my favs like Beyoncé, Michael Jackson and Fall Out Boy! He also elaborates a little on his erhm … college plans? University of Jive Records, Chris! I love Beyonce to death, but homegirl seriously has a VIP trip to hell to spend some time with Satan himself. Why? Because she corrupts the minds of LITTLE BOYS all over, and their homesexual antics end up on the web via the devil’s workshop … youtube! What a shame…

MEDIA TAKE OUT is reporting that Remy Martin’s crazy ass is wanted by the NYPD for a shooting she was apparantly involved in. When there’s a shooting, the first thing that comes my mind is “How much money was it over?” Well the answer to that question is a measly $2,000. Remy, please sit down! Now your black ass is gonna have to sit in a jail cell for a very long time for attempted murder over a little measly 2 Gs. According to sources in the New York Police Department, Remy and a 23-year-old woman got into a verbal argument at a NYC night club. The argument, police claim, spilled out into the street, where Remy Ma is reported to have pulled out a gun and shot the woman once. Remy and her crew hopped into a black SUV and attempted to flee the scene, but once they got into an accident … they fled that scene as well and ran off on foot. Her current whereabouts are unknown. So now she’s probably gonna be charged with a hit-and-run too!

I wonder if there’s any truth to this. I wouldn’t put it past Remy Ma to do some crazy shit like this, real talk. I mean c’mon, she’s the same chick who made an album cover where she’s “crucified” on a grafiti-ridden cross talking about “Shesus Khrist” and “Y’all bitches workin on y’all albums go back to the studio immediately.” I need to take a breather, this is way too much for my soul. I’m going to the altar at church tomorrow and pray for Remy…
