No, really … check out the video above! Who are these people you ask? Over 1,500 CPDRC inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, Cebu, Philippines at practice! Yeah, you read it right. This NOT the final routine. They did a pretty damn good job if you ask me! My favorite part is the dude in the high heels with alopecia. Classic! My question is who the hell came up with this idea, and how long did it take to choreograph? LMAO
