you haven`t stated if the contest is open to only U.S residents or whatever. please clear that up

Ice, I thought I had put that up there, but I guess I didn’t. But just so you know, and anyone else for that matter, the contest is open to anyone ANYWHERE in world. The only real limitation is that you must be at least 13 years old.
