Paris Hilton has put her feud with her The Simple Life co-star Nicole Richie firmly behind her, insisting they are “friends forever now.” The childhood pals mysteriously fell out in January 2005 after a life-long friendship, but they made up after holding a reconciliation dinner in Los Angeles in October, and Hilton insists their reunion is permanent.

She gushes, “We’ve been friends for 23 years of our lives and when you’ve known someone that long she’s like a sister. I’m really happy to have her back in my life. I love her to death! We’re definitely friends forever now. She’s amazing. Nicole has a great personality, she’s beautiful and sweet, and she’s fun to hang out with. She’s hysterical – she can make me laugh so hard!”

Yeah … right! This so called reunion is about as permanent as those tattoos you get as a prize out of a cereal box. Paris’ BFF for this season is Britney Spears, not Nicole Richie!

Britney Spears’ former love rival Shar Jackson has accused the pop star of keeping her estranged husband Kevin Federline away from his kids. The actress claims Spears was so needy when she became a mom to Federline’s son Sean Preston, she wouldn’t entertain the thought of the rapper spending time with the two kids he had with Jackson.

She says, “He was in a relationship where he had to respect boundaries. And the other person probably felt that their family should be the focus of what goes on in their household. He couldn’t come over as much as he would like to. If he wasn’t working he would come over to see the kids two or three times a month.”

Federline, who split from Spears last month, is already trying to make up for lost time with his children by Jackson – he reportedly spent Thanksgiving Day with his ex-girlfriend and their kids.

That’s believeable. Even if she didn’t intend to keep him away from his other kids, when some women marry men with children, they feel that they should be the center of attention, which is somewhat understandable. But even if she didn’t want him to see Shar, what was wrong with inviting the kids over every now and then when she wasn’t busy?

Eva Longoria and her on-off basketball beau Tony Parker are engaged. The Desperate Housewives actress, 31, and the French-born sports star, 24 – a point guard for the San Antonio Spurs – met in November 2004. Longoria’s representative Liza Anderson confirms, “Eva and Tony are officially engaged. The couple has never been happier.” The pair split briefly in September, but quickly rekindled their relationship after a romantic trip to Paris. This is the second marriage for Longoria, who was previously married to actor Tyler Christopher from 2002 until 2004. This will be Parker’s first marriage.

Wow, not only has her music evolved, but so has her live performances! Check out a video of Ciara performing her new single, Promise, on David Letterman. Ciara performed the whole thing live, and was accompanied by a live band as well as a few female backup dancers.
