Heidi Klum and Seal Give Birth to a New Baby Boy

Celebrity couple Heidi Klum and Seal announced Thursday they were the proud new parents of a son, born in Los Angeles. Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel was born Wednesday at 5:01 p.m. and “looks just like his mother,” the supermodel’s Web site said. He weighed in at just under nine pounds.

Young Johan is Klum’s third child and Seal’s second. The couple married last year and say they are perfectly happy in their domesticated new life.

German supermodel Heidi Klum, 33, and husband Seal Samuel, 43, disclosed on Klum’s website Thursday the birth in Los Angeles of Klum’s third child. The British singer Seal said the 3.932-kilogram baby, Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel, was born Wednesday and “looks just like his mother.”

“To our children, a brother. To our parents, a grandson. To my wife and I, a son. To our family, a blessing. He is healthy, beautiful and looks just like his mother.”
