I would like to say to the Levert family that I have always had dreams of meeting Gerald and never got the chance. But I was and always will be one of the greatest fans of Mr. Levert, Sean and Eddie. I just want the family to know that the power of this man was like non other here on earth. And I have every CD that he has ever made and words will never be able to express what his music meant to, even to this day. RIP and just know that you brought LOVE into a lot of homes. Sean we love and miss you too man.

Gerald Levert was one of the greatest artists ever. I am only 21 years old and i love his music. he was a truly remarkable person and he showed that in all his music. I can listen to his music all day, his voice is so beautiful and his music has real meaning to it. i just sit back and listen and even sometime get teary eyed. one day I will get married and Gerald’s song “made to love ya” will be my wedding song. I love Gerald Levert he will always be loved and missed but I know he is in a better place.

Truly Gerald Levert voice was a voice of passion and power. My heart aches just aches knowing that he is no longer with us. The past few weeks I have been unable to get Gerald out of my mind, I sit at work and at home listening to that wonderful voice, look at his pictures and videos. Truly his music, his passion and the love of his family, friends, and fans will keep his spirit and music alive. I pray that he is resting in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. There are no words to express my heartfelt pain to even hear him sing makes me cry. The teddy bear, he was a priceless soul and he will never be forgotten. His music will live like marvin gaye and the greatest icons such as elvis and so many others. I pray for the family, friends and fans all over the world. even though its been sometime its still seems so unreal.
